For those into Southeast Asian pastries and the random pastel de nata that happen to be near St. Louis, this place has the food they serve in heaven. Go there. Having been to the countries that use the same ingredients, walking in here is like walking into the warm embrace of a warm bath or functional alcohol problem. Uncle Roger approves **1 thing-the sesame panna cotta is perfect. Those hazelnuts on top are a distraction at best.

This was an excellent find! We were just looking for coffee and came across this amazing Bakery. The bread was still warm on the shelves fresh out of the oven. Unique pastries and other baked goods. I just wish they open earlier.

Customer Service!!! Customer Service is huge for me. The Foundry Bakery excels in all they do and absolutely set the standard in service. Now, the baked goods and teas are really top notch. My personal favorite treat is the Miso Choco Walnut cookie, it’s dense and incredibly delicious. I appreciate that the prices include the boba, don’t miss out on the creamy Iced Coffee with honey boba! It’s the best I’ve had! Don’t hesitate to check out this fantastic hidden gem in Maryland Heights just a few minutes east of 270 on Dorsett. Love you guys! Keep on doing what you do! Cheers!

What a great gem we found. The food is all made in house. The pastries are not sugar loaded like most pastries. The coffee and tea is made however you like. The employees are super nice.

A Korean bakery with traditional US coffee and tea offerings (plus boba). Ordering was a little slow, but the prep time was fast, so total time was no worse than Starbucks - better coffee and tea than Starbucks, though. Delicious pastries and breads.

A lovely, cute, delicious, taiwanese bakery! The owner is so sweet and considerate of all customers. I’m obsessed with the portuguese egg tart, just the extra amount of crisp goodness you need. I also had the iced strawberry matcha latte with oat milk and 75% sweetness, wished it had a stronger matcha profile (i.e different matcha powder), but overall great tastes.

Absolutely one of a kind place with great food! Very original and delicious baked goods, that exceed even how beautiful they are made and photographed. I've been to or had this brought to me 3 times, and I can't shut up about the place. They have savory and sweet, and meal type baked goods. This Japanese toasted tea is phenomenal, and so is their matcha lattes. Do yourself a favor and go here. The people are friendly and they have grab and pay options. An instant favorite of mine and my wife's since discovering it!

First time in Saint Louis. The owner said best in town and states, and she was right, we loved the tarts very much🥰 and my matcha was soo good without tons of sugar. Thank you so much for your hospitality🙏

The bánh mì sandwich was delicious. The bakery‑made bread was outstanding, and the pork chashu was so tender. I also tried the sourdough, which had a lovely depth of flavor from the koji miso and dried shiitake mushroom. The seaweed mixed into the dough was an interesting idea, though it might not be necessary since it can look a bit like mold and some people have seaweed allergies. Still, the bread itself was moist, chewy, and so flavorful that I enjoyed it on its own without any butter. You can truly feel the care put into each loaf. Everything was genuinely delicious. Highly recommended.

Got here late on a Sunday, was still treated warmly and still felt comfortable and welcome to eat a warmed up curry pastry in the dining room. It was delicious!! So good, Could've been warmer throughout the pastry, the middle wasn't warm but was still so warm around the outside I can understand why they would think it was warm enough. Had the dark choc and cherry cookie. So yummy. The pastry is made in house and was soo crispy, buttery and delicious! Look at the folds!
